Good cleaner, nice smell

I grabbed the Relief Multi-Surface Spray a couple weeks ago. It cleans well, honestly. Smells really fresh, not like those harsh chemical ones. My kitchen counters look great after using it. I was pretty happy with how quickly it got here too.

Love these products!

I just received my order of the Relief Glass Cleaner and some Refill Pouches, and I absolutely love them! The glass cleaner makes my windows sparkle, and there are no annoying streaks left behind. It's so good to know I'm using something non-toxic too. I am definitely going to shop here again when I need more refills. My friends are going to hear all about byMATTER!

Great value on the starter kit

I was looking for something more eco-friendly and saw the Relief Starter Kit. It felt like a good deal to get the bottle and some concentrates together. I definitely saved a bit compared to buying everything separately, which was my main goal. The products themselves work fine; the glass cleaner especially did a good job on my windows. I think it was worth what I paid.

Effective but shipping could improve

I got the Home Care Bundle to try out different products. The Relief Surface Cleaner and Bathroom Sanitiser both perform really well; they tackle dirt and grime without harsh chemical smells, which is a big plus for me. The refill pouches are a smart idea for reducing waste. My only minor gripe was with the shipping time; it took a full week to get to me, which felt a little long. I'm used to quicker deliveries from other online stores. Overall, I'm happy with the product quality and the concept, but quicker delivery would make it a perfect experience.

Consistent quality for refills

I've been using byMATTER for a while now, mostly for their Relief Refill Pouches. This latest order of the bathroom cleaner refill was just as good as always. The quality is consistent, and it works every time without leaving streaks. It's why I keep coming back instead of trying other brands. Delivery was quick, like usual.

Detailed thoughts on my first byMATTER order

I decided to try byMATTER after seeing their focus on bio-materials. I ordered the Relief Cleaning Set, which came with a few different sprays and a microfibre cloth. The ordering process on the website was straightforward and I got a confirmation email right away. Shipping took about four business days, which was within their estimated window, and the packaging was all recyclable, which I appreciated. I used the Relief Bathroom Cleaner first, and it handled soap scum pretty well without a lot of scrubbing. The Relief Glass Cleaner left my mirrors streak-free, which not all products do. The bottles themselves feel sturdy and look good sitting out. Overall, a solid experience and good quality products.

My new go-to cleaners

So I decided to try out byMATTER after seeing some stuff about sustainable cleaning. I grabbed the Relief Surface Cleaner and the microfibre cloth. Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect, but this stuff is actually really good! It cleaned my kitchen counters without a ton of scrubbing, and it smells fresh but not overpowering. The cloth is super absorbent too. It's nice knowing I'm using something better for the planet without sacrificing cleanliness. I'm totally sticking with these guys for my cleaning supplies now. It was a good experience.

Good cleaner, reliable service

I ordered the Relief Starter Kit which included the Multi-Surface Spray, Bathroom Cleaner, and Glass Cleaner, plus a reusable glass bottle and microfibre cloth. The ordering process was smooth, and the website was easy to navigate. Shipping took about five days, which was within their estimated window, and everything arrived well-packaged. I had a quick question about refilling the glass bottle, so I used their online chat support, and they responded pretty quickly with a clear explanation. The products themselves work well. The multi-surface cleaner handles kitchen grease effectively, and the glass cleaner leaves no streaks. I appreciate the sustainability aspect and the bio-materials they use. It's a solid choice for eco-friendly cleaning.
